Shipping Information

• We are a custom made to order business. That means, you buy it - we go make it.
• Expected shipping times are estimates only. We use a third party printer and it is hard to know how busy they currently are. Delays due to busy periods or shortage of raw materials can happen.
• We do not have print progress tracking for custom order prints, after ordering you will next hear from us when your print has been completed. To get a more specific delivery time frame, or if you need a print by a certain date we can do our best to accommodate you, please get in touch.
• Please be aware, October through January is our busiest time of year.

AUSTRALIA

All are made to order, please allow print processing times at the time of purchase.

• Rolled prints ready for dispatch within 1-3 weeks.
• Framed prints ready for dispatch within 2-4 weeks.

Rolled and Framed Artworks will generally be shipped via Auspost. Signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address.

Larger orders at 80cm x 60cm and above can take an extra 5 days as they will be shipped via road.

INTERNATIONAL

All are made to order, please allow print processing times at the time of purchase. Framed prints are not available to International delivery.

NZ estimates 3-15 business days.

UK estimates 6-15 business days.

Europe estimates 7-25 business days.

USA, CAN estimates 7-21 business days. 

International Shipping Limitations

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are generally unable to ship to the following countries/regions: Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of North Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria.

Customs/Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside of Australia), please note that all duties and taxes incurred are the obligation of the recipient and must be settled by them. All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information. We do not send an invoice with our prints, and when appropriate we select 'gift' on postage forms. This may help reduce duties & taxes. 

RETURNS

We do not except returns or refunds. Responsibility rests with the purchaser to verify that all products are appropriate for the intended installation location and wall, as determined by the comprehensive information provided on this product page, through our dropdown menus, and across the our website. While we employ rigorous professional printing and quality control processes to ensure colour accuracy, variations may occur due to differences in local device settings, including screens and mobile devices. We encourage those with questions or in need of further clarification to reach out to our team before finalising their order.
